Was excited to try flower from here, unfortunately it was super dried and did not smoke well at all, and caused allergies and headache. I tried reaching out for a refund but their now saying a refund isn't possible, which is not what their policy actually states. Very disappointed. Also their website won't allow any reviews unless their "approved" by their own company, which explains why they only have great reviews on everything.
There is no better product on the market. It’s also incredible that they show up to so many discounts golf events. They are a huge supporter. Every order I’ve made has been on time and packaged well. The owner and people working there seem to really care about their product and making sure all of their customers are properly taken care of.
Beware before placing an online order with this company. I have ordered several times from Pure Roots and it has been about a 50/50 outcome good vs bad. The product itself is okay (3 out 5) but everything else involved with their order fulfillment is horrendous. On several occasions, after placing an order the process has been markedly delayed by what seems to be just pure indifference to the customer.
