My review is for Pure property themselves as opposed to the lender. I had the pleasure of dealing with Helen Hobbs who was absolutely fantastic from the start. Calling at least a couple of times a week to check in and see how things were going, even working while on holiday to ensure proof of funds were received to enable us to secure our new property.
