Purchased a massage through Groupon. She does not return phone calls or emails. She has my money, I have no massage. I would call this fraud.
I bought two Groupons for me and my wife for our anniversary. I have called and left messages, emailed, left messages on their website contact page and have never heard back from anyone. my anniversary passed several weeks ago. I've reached out over and over again and have never been able to reach a human being. They might give the best massages in the world but they have the worst customer services I've ever experienced. Very friendly, great, and helpful, but the problem with giving glowing reviews is then they get busy and it’s hard to get an appointment, but massage is really, really good and they listen to and take care of aches and pains that may me bothering you, or just make it a relaxing hour if that’s the request. They deserve this 5 star review.
