Extremely helpful staff that really knows what they're talking about. They always have great advice for whatever you're looking for and really seem to consider your pet's specific needs. They helped us find a great food for our picky dog, and when we eventually moved out of Carbondale, they used a locator to help us find another store that would sell the same brand. Also, we love Mama Cat!
