Very friendly staff who were very knowledgeable without pressuring us.
Nice clean place with a lot to see and tryout. High quality outdoor furniture. My complaint is I wanted a complete Polywood set but they charge hundreds for delivery and hundreds more for assembly. I ordered direct from Polywood and got the same set for $350 cheaper and free delivery. Assembly was very easy and took 32 minutes. It was also delivered two weeks after ordering when Pure Patio said it would be six weeks.
Pure Patio are wonderful to work with. I would send my family and friends to Pure Patio for sure. They are easy to work with and very friendly. You can not go wrong.

I bought a $249 table, expecting a decent product backed by reliable service. What I got was a wobbly table. Customer service arranged an exchange, but the replacements? Equally unstable. When I asked whether a wobbly $249 table seemed acceptable, they replied, “It’s all relative.” Let’s be honest, it is not acceptable, and it is wrong. I tried returning it. No refunds were allowed.
