Amazing experience. Best massage I've ever had in my entire life.
I had a very disappointing experience there today. I booked an age corrective facial for 5:00. I received a text on Tuesday asking if i could be there at 4:30. I replied that I had to work until 4:30 so I might be able to be there at 4:45. I was delayed leaving work so I texted and said I would be there by 5. The reply was the esthetician will do what she can with the time she has. So I got there at 5 and my esthetician was “saying her goodbyes” to the client who was leaving for probably 5 to 7 minutes. Good customer service but terrible work. Both my daughter and I went, nails cut unevenly, I had a pedicure and they ended up causing small rips on the bottom of my feet. Single coat polish that she didn’t even finish because she “had to go for lunch” even though we had appointments. My daughter had a manicure that was streaky and looked awful after. Sad thing is, it was a birthday gift. Techs were really nice but doesn’t make up for the rest unfortunately
I had a haircut yesterday with Katie Nurse and I’m very happy with the service I received. I will definitively be returning. Thank you!
