Maryanne provided an outstanding experience! I had the 1 hour fascia stretch therapy and it did wonders with my pain. I also felt so much lighter and freer running afterwards! I learned so much about my body and the way it moves. Highly recommend for anyone who works out and does high impact movements regularly!
