Jenny is an experienced esthetician who knows her way around providing a great facial. Her massage technique is on point to where you will naturally Zen out. She carefully takes her time in addressing your skin's needs to ensure an overall great experience. Highly recommend a visit!
A huge shout out to Jenny at PURE at the Richmond location. I asked if she could accommodate me with my broken leg for a pedicure, as I could not get up to the aesthetics chair. Jenny willing made it happen and I so appreciate it. Jenny, if I could give you 6 ⭐️’s I would.
It's been hard to find a massage therapist who just " gets it" and man Shelley just GOT IT ! One of the best massages I've had in a very very long time ! Can't wait to go back !
I had an excellent prenatal massage with Shelley. Her background as a labour and delivery nurse definitely came through in the way she put me at ease. She was attentive to all of my requests and was able to provide firm pressure when needed.
Firdt visit here. Saw Lina. Had a great experience. Had pain in my neck. She did a great job making it feel better. Will come back again for sure.
