We had an excellent experience with this company for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding recently. The reps were very easy to work with in terms of arranging transportation and explaining costs and timing, plus their pricing was competitive. And I received communication from the bus driver in a timely manner, keeping me up to date. They had been recommended by the Embassy Suites, San Rafael, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I would avoid this company at all costs. Driver almost ran me off the road as he merged into my lane at the last minute. Based off prior reviews it looks like this isn't uncommon. They are going to cause a serious accident one day.
