Whats the point of an appointment if you are taking patients in 30-40 minutes after the actual appointment time! When I point it out, one of the receptionist angry and said it’s not 2 hrs. What an entitled and unprofessional behaviour from the reception! Doctor was good though. Respect people’s time as they have other commitments aswell!
