Helpful, friendly staff, nice clean, modern clinic. Fast amazing care. My son was examined and got an x ray in less than 45 minutes. It's so refreshing to get fast comprehensive care. Thank you to everyone at Pure Lifestyle

Update: because of the review the clinic office is avoiding my request. I’m just asking for my medical form. It's been a week and still nothing. If a legal officer see this review please help. Thank you. Horrible admin/office staff. Doctors were great but people in the front are rude and not accommodating. Been with them for years because my doctor is great.
