Brilliant place to go for massage to rid aches and pains feel terrific for a few weeks after Definitely recommend
I came in as I had pain in my neck meaning I couldn’t move my neck left or right and Kara used a holistic method of multiple different treatments and techniques during our session and from the warm welcome to the relaxing set up, I left with being able to have movement in my neck and booked a follow up a week later to then have the pain disappear! Absolutely recommend Kara and will be coming back again
Tried Kara after recommendation. I have migraine and read that ‘deep tissue massages’ can help. Kara gives a Very deep massage which releases tension especially around neck and shoulders - this has worked for me and reduced migraine frequency and severity. I would highly recommend Kara.
Absolutely magnificent, worth every penny. I suffer with a repetitive lower back problem which sends my spine crooked. Nothing sorts it all out & back into shape better than an hour Kara's table. Very welcoming & informative, an all round great experience. I've tried a few others around over the years, I stopped looking when I found Kara
Kara is fantastic and understands exactly what's required. She has excellent knowledge about human physiology and employs a multi-disciplined approach to target the muscles that are carrying tension. I exercise regularly and Kara's massages keeps me supple and able to keep active.
