Physio is like university calculus. They show you what to do for a brief moment, and it’s up to you to do your homework and apply the lesson to reap the rewards. It’s not a magic pill. The whole team at Pure Form is great. Always have good, meaningful discussions to support my many roads to recovery. Highly recommend Dan and his team at Purr Form.
