THE WAIT IS OVER 1 HOUR EVERY SINGLE TIME, It is ridiculous, they over booked becuase they have the groupons all the time. It has been a really bad experience. Besides the long wait, the laser hair removal has not been working for me (which I have heard the same from the other ladies on the waiting area) I am never going back to that place.
Do not do business with these people! I tried for two months to get an appointment for laser hair removal on my legs. Had to wait another two months to get my second appointment. Since they had NO AVAILABILITY for over two months each time I tried to book an appointment, I went ahead and scheduled my next two appointments two and three months out. They called and canceled both appointments saying a laser had broken. I personally went to the spa to speak with the manager. She was totally uncaring and appeared stoic. She said ... read more
There is NO WAY the reviews below are legit!! The time lengths they mention are not even real. The wait time for an appointment (new or returning) is over 2 1/2 months and has been since they started doing Groupon a long time ago. Not to mention every other review site is mostly bad reviews and mine is no different! I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal from this spa. I tried the photo facial a couple of weeks ago, and I love the results.....friends are asking all kinds of questions on why I look 15 years younger. It was somewhat uncomfortable for a couple of hours but as they say no pain no gain. Try it! I was in for laser hair removal which I really like when I was offered a membership opportunity including the photo facial among other beauty treatments. Thank You Lien Dan and staff....see you soon for treatment #2.
The decor is very tasteful and the ambiance is peaceful. The staff is informative and hospitable. I filled out my patient form and had to wait only a few minutes before Lien, one of the owners, was ready to begin my appointment
I have had two treatments with the pure laser skin resurfacing and have noticed that my face looks great. Thank you for bringing this great technology to the area.
Wonderful facilities and service. I love coming here. It's nice, relaxing, and healthy. My girl friends and I come here at least once a month. Highly recommend.
