I travel from the Upper Valley for a facial with Adrienne as frequently as I can. It is always a relaxing experience and she takes great care of my skin as it has aged. I highly recommend her for any of her services.
I love Adrienne! She's the best and she knows what she is doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a facial or my eyebrows done (she does them every time) As far as the comment about not being friendly is concerned, I think coming on a review site saying bad things is pretty lame. I agree with the other couple of users who had a negative experience because of "snotty service". I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure where to go, so I decided to give this place a try. The receptionist was friendly, but the service I received from the owner was highly disappointing. I wasn’t greeted, she barely spoke two words to me, and when I asked her at the end if she could cut down my brows a bit, it felt like I was inconveniencing her. I had an incredible experience at Pure Complexion Spa. The staff was extremely professional, the environment was clean and relaxing, and the facial treatment was one of the best I’ve ever had. My skin felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated afterward. I’ll definitely be going back!
