“I had a very disappointing experience here. I spent $50 on a product that was unusable, and when I went back, the store refused to refund me. They only allow exchanges, but they didn’t even have the item I needed (a pen for badder). The staff didn’t seem to understand what they were selling, which left me out the money with no real solution.
