For a clinic that is so particular about allowing how many appointments you book & cancellation fees etc, they did not inform us that the building is closed for the long weekend but gave us an appointment for Aug 2. Here we are, not knowing what to do. They should pay us cancellation/unprofessionalism fees.

Fabulous in every way. Great team.. great environment..great lending library too. My RMT Heather is incredibly attuned to what I tell her and even what I don't ...so she treats not just what I think may be the issue but gets at the much bigger root of a problem. And is always a delight to be around too. It is always a highlight in my day and I love seeing the progress, not just feeling better for a few days. That's a plus too of course!
The best team all around from the front desk staff to the lovely professionals. Never in my life did I think I could be pain free for even a moment, but one session allowed me such relief. I happily and highly recommend folks here all the time.
