This is the most amazing spa in the area! It is clean, beautiful, relaxing, and the staff is extremely friendly! I am not exaggerating when I say Yudi has given me the best brow waxes of my life! She is a perfectionist! She checks in with her clients often and makes sure their brows look absolutely perfect and up to their standards. I highly recommend Yudi and Pure Bliss as a whole!
I had an incredible microneedling treatment with Yudi and I can’t recommend her enough! She was so gentle throughout the entire process, I was honestly surprised at how comfortable the microneedling felt. Her touch is amazing, and she clearly knows how to make her clients feel relaxed and cared for. Amanda B was such a treat for a Friday night eminence facial! Her experience in massage therapy really shines through in her facials. Shes also so knowledgeable in treating acne, she surely will not disappoint you!! She’s amazing and I will definitely revisit her!
I absolutely love Pure Bliss! Highly recommend Alex, Christine or Julia for massages and have also had great facials with Yudi and Katelyn. All of the staff are extremely friendly and they always offer good snacks, drinks etc while you’re there. 10/10 experience always!
Not "blissful" at all from the get-go. Horrible experience from doors opening and closing, during my session, to heavy foot traffic to a loud phone ringing and when complaining to management, told my feelings were wrong. Owners/management can't return a phone call, nor respond to many resumés previously being turned in. Now I see the reason for the high turnover! You'd think small businesses struggling to survive, when there's plenty of other spas to go to, would do better. Never again.
