This place is such a joke. Horrible customer service, lack of organization, and also false advertisment. I had a gentlemen representing their businees, James, selling promotional cards and certificates for first timers. Sounded like a great deal, and when I asked him if my mother could use all the 30 minute packages (4) he said yes. Not only did my mother find out you had to do every 30 minute session separately but they have called and canceled on her twice with no excuse as to why.
