Purchased online a Nutcracker Bunny which went on sale I wanted this gold color as by the images online it looks quite regal, it was sent asap to my delight, unfortunately there was a glitch in delivery, zero fault to Pure Apotheca but Rachel after receiving my email, went straight into action to find where why my beautiful bunny was a little late, she never gave up & carefully monitored its movements her customer service impeccable! One of the most gorgeous shops I’ve ever been to. Rachel has an incredible eye for all things beautiful. The gift selection is so thoughtful, and the homewares are absolutely stunning. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, which makes the whole experience even more special.
