This was by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After just 25,000 miles on a rebuilt transmission, this is the result. The owner is a scammer. He initially installed the wrong valve body—one from a 2012 model—which is not compatible with the system. I paid for a high-performance overhaul, but instead, he installed stock clutches, used a stock pump gear, and paired it with a triple disk converter. Eventually, the planetary gear pin broke. Installed bullet proof water pump, monster ram, and titan 60 gal replacement fuel tank, already deleted and tuned. Super knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced. Moving closer to me in FG. GREAT PEOPLE
Pure Addiction did a wonderful job and has great customer service. Keith helped me throughout the process. My truck barely ran before, but Pure Addiction did an amazing job working on it. I picked up my truck yesterday, and I've already put 400 miles on it. It runs better than it ever has. Best shop in the PNW!
