Love Love Love This Program and Place! Coaches are extremely supportive and helpful. If you looking for weight loss and getting your weight and healthy eating habits back on track, start here! And then you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner! It's easy to follow, foods, snacks, shakes and water enhancers are incredible. You won't be disappointed! Personally so far, I have lost 40 lbs and my husband 65 lbs. We feel amazing overall! All thanks to Ideal YOU

Thanks so much to the IP coaches for all your support and help, also recipes and food ideas. I’m really enjoying the program. The food choices are great. I love being able to have chips and puddings for those cravings that you just can’t fight. I have lost 32lbs since the beginning of June, and have no more inflammation in my hands and feet. I use to be short of breath when climbing the stairs but no more since my weight loss. I sleep great and never feel hungry. Such a great program to help you get yourself on track.
