I started the Ideal Protein program almost 2 months ago and I’ve already lost 15 pounds. I’m really happy with how everything is going. Love Love Love This Program and Place! Coaches are extremely supportive and helpful. If you looking for weight loss and getting your weight and healthy eating habits back on track, start here! And then you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner! It's easy to follow, foods, snacks, shakes and water enhancers are incredible. You won't be disappointed! Personally so far, I have lost 40 lbs and my husband 65 lbs. We feel amazing overall! All thanks to Ideal YOU
