My dog was taken to an emergency clinic and they said I needed to go to this er. This place is over 2 hours away from where I live so I called first to make sure they had all of his records, xrays, tests etc and they said yes. When we arrived they did not have any of that and wanted $4,000 up front. For what though if they had no records how do they know what they are going to do. Over the last 15 years, we have had multiple experiences with the staff at the clinic caring for our old lady pup, Abby. Dr. Susan Fraley was the on-call vet when we took our Abby girl in for help last night. Dr. Fraley was extremely helpful in diagnosing the disease that our old girl was suffering from and was kind, compassionate, and caring when we made the heart-wrenching decision for our girl to go over the rainbow bridge.
