Yesterday, I had not one, but THREE fraudulent charges on my card. PEFCU did their job to protect me... One of the reasons I'm with PEFCU. The only downside was that, also yesterday, albeit at 5:25p.m., I went to a branch in West Lafayette, spoke to a teller, who did NOT tell me what was going on, and suggested I call customer care, which I did. The gentleman on the phone told me the situation, and suggested I go to the branch to get a new card. However, it was now 5:38, and the branch was closed! Today, I went to my favorit... read more
Don’t ever forget your username. You will have to go to a website upload your id. Send them your ip address and service provider then you have a timed qa answer anything wrong you get to start all over. I get being secure but it should not take 45 minutes to verify who I am just to get my user id. If this happens to you save yourself the headache and just go wait at a branch instead
