If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my taxes done here in 2025 for 2024 tax year. I've always done my taxes my self but with buying a new home I thought I would have them done by someone. We'll fast forward to now, I'm going to do them myself again. I called in to get a piece of info from last year's taxes and Chip was very rude and said "well people pay me to do their taxes so look up what you need on your paperwork yourself" and then hung up on me....
