After reading over the reviews in addition to my families and my own experience with interactions with Purcell and Purcell staff, I would not be recommending their services to anyone I know. Emails left not responded to. Phone calls not returned. Getting any follow up information was like trying to herd a clowder of cats who have just been scared by a plastic bag blowing in the wind.
