I was scheduled to meet Purba Deep but instead he gave me to his staff who is very inefficient to do tax.He never apologize for doing so and what his staff just did was just ask me what else so many times and just fill out ? Didn't even guide/ assist me about my tax then got the nerve to ask me for payment.I was so so so disappointed.Never go to this place.They scammed me.You guys need to learn manners and ethics as well.Don't bring your attitude here.This is Canada, not your country.Very very poor attitude especially if you... read more
I had a good experience while filing my tax in April but the customer service is terrible in following up with calls and emails. The voice mail is mostly full. This was my first year filing tax there. Very disappointing. After six months I got a call back. Wow!
You guyz are really poor at filling the information although i provide my all the information relation to the cra and all that but still these guyz didnt update it and even i visited the office but it doest work and you guyz told me to talk to cra by myself then what are you guyz for ?? Then i talk with the cra then they tell me nothing it updated on it then i did it by myself and i was waiting for my tax from 6..7.. month may be you guyz should need good staff those who have good information about it
