Worst customer service ever and the employees are not well trained and the behavior was very rude

I had a really frustrating experience with Purba Tax. I called in hoping to book an appointment and get some basic information, but the entire interaction felt rushed and unhelpful. The person on the call seemed very busy and kept trying to end the conversation quickly instead of addressing my questions. Every time I asked for details or assistance with booking, I was just told to “book through the website” without any further guidance. Very poor customer service. The staff member in the pink top was extremely rude when I asked for basic assistance. Instead of helping, she spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. If you are dealing with customers, basic manners and respect are expected. This experience made me leave without completing my filing. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their customer service.
My husband's and my taxes were handled by Sukhveer. She was very kind, professional and experienced. We have a great experience today and she also flagged a problem in my previous year's taxe return and corrected it. She made this whole process very easy and I highly recommend her.
