Very bad services
I had a good experience while filing my tax in April but the customer service is terrible in following up with calls and emails. The voice mail is mostly full. This was my first year filing tax there. Very disappointing.

The young lady that did my taxes, Deep, was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions. The normally arduous chore of tax preparation was quick and relatively painless.
