Had a great experience at purba furniture . The selection was impressive, and the quality of the pieces is excellent. Indar was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — they helped me find exactly what I needed. Delivery was on time and smooth. Highly recommend!
The worst customer service I’ve seen. I received my bed room it has many damaged pieces and also all the lighting is not working and they not trying to change it i have waiting more than two weeks
I purchased recliner from kitchen and couch. When I went there it’s new owner with new name. I was told that if something happened to recliner in 10 years come to me we will help you and fix it. But I keep contacting them no proper response so far. They promise you on purchase date but don’t keep their promise and don’t help. Keep playing office-office. Don’t hold our hands after purchase.
I got sofa set and dining set from Priya, she gave me good Price.
