I am a BodyMind Coach. I use powerful coaching conversations in combination with embodiment exercises to help clients overcome patterns of pain and frustration. I do this by creating customized coaching programs for each individual client. Through this education, clients are able to live life in a more authentic and embodied way which leads to a more balanced and less stressful life. My background is as a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been working in the Twin Cities for ten years.

One of the best massages that I have had in the Twin Cities. Great attention to problem spots. My neck and shoulders are especially bad and she was able to relieve tension that had caused a multi-day headache and promote healing in them. I felt better afterward than I had in months. I recommend 90 minutes if you can so she can spend time focusing on any spots that need the extra attention as well as giving the whole body time. Excellent price for the exceptional quality of body work.
Kenzie is a talented massage therapist. She listens to your needs and adjusts the massage to what is needed. Her 60 min while body massages are relaxing and stress relieving at the same time. I am delighted to have found such a talented individual.
Had a wonderful massage from Kenzie. Not only did she give a fantastic overall relaxing head to toe, one of my long term problem areas feels 50% better after only one time with her. Next time I go I’m hoping it will be gone. I recommend both relaxing and therapeutic massages from her. Thanks, Kenzie!
