I have no probem with the salon itself. But I had a haircut with Courtney, who I was going to for over 2 years and was reasonably happy with her haircuts. I wanted a trim, as usual, half an inch in lenght, shaped, and I have stessed I need a certain lenght (not too short). However, the trim was more than an inch, an uneven, including my bangs.
