I took my dog Pearl to puppy love pet salon on 13/30/23. At first I was pleased Aysha took my dog from me, held her and comforted her as she was shaking from being in a new place. This is where .5 of the one star comes from. When I picked my dog up the first thing I noted is that she would not come out to of the kennel to aysha.
