I brought my puppy home a week ago. She is the sweetest little girl ever (cocker spaniel). I bought her the day after she came into the store and she came home 5 days later. She had her first Vet visit on Monday. The term puppy mill came up and that made me really sad. That said, all in all she's very healthy although she did have a couple of vaccinations too early for her age and a couple that were unnecessary but they didn't do any harm. On April 1, 2020, I bought a 9 ½ week miniature schnauzer puppy from Puppy Love. We named him Carson. Two days later, Carson began to sniff and sneeze A LOT. I didn’t think much of it at first, but it soon turned into full-blown Kennel Cough. On the third day Carson had his first vet visit. I was told that 1) he had giardia and had to be treated and 2) one of his testicles had not yet dropped and this would likely involve a surgery—or take the risk of Carson developing cancer. Court case against them coming up in August. I’ll keep you posted. My dogs weren’t chipped as said/poor little girl still coughing after one year! Giardia/ surgery never revealed / heart problem ect. Spent 12 thousand in only one year!!!
Adopt, don't shop. There are wonderful dogs in the local shelters who need homes. You are only encouraging irreputable breeders to keep producing puppies if you support shops like Puppy Love and forcing the ultimate euthanasia of wonderful dogs who need but can't find loving families who are housed at shelters who do not practice "no kill". Sure puppies are cute; but they are not house trained and require 24 hour attention. Adopt a grateful, loving shelter dog instead.
Ms Ferguson's puppy was diagnosed with common kennel couigh. It was treated and she was reimbursed for vet bills. In the spirit of compromise with Ms Ferguson we offered to have her return the dog for a full refund. She has indicated that she wants to keep the dog, and receive a full refund. We will not respond further to her allegations which we believe to be false and slanderous.
Do not buy a puppy from Puppy Love! They sell sick dogs that they get from substandard breeders. I found out the puppy I purchased came from a breeder who has committed violations of Federal Regulations as outlined rom the USDA! Owners still use this breeder! Beware! All they care about is taking your money! Very deceitful people.
HAPPY CUSTOMER! BEST PUPPYSTORE! – WOW. Best store for puppies I've ever been to! The dogs are adorable, beautiful and seem so happy and well cared for! This store is extremely CLEAN considering there are a lot of puppies! -We have one dog from here already and will probably get a second. We were referred by so many people!
