This is marta I bought max las Saturday ! I wrote a review on google! again I was very happy with the attention and service! Specially With Gabe ! The store was very clean and all the puppies were very well taken care  I would have bought all of them !if I could . Max is doing very well! I took him to the vet Saturday! And I’m very pleased he’s in great health! Your service deserves a 20 from my side thank you ! Your employees deserve a raise! I’m very happy with the service and attention. Marta

I got a golden in May 2024 and the dog was extremely sick and my vet said it was the worse she had ever seen. The pneumonia was so.bad the puppy could hardly breathe Mind you I took this puppy the morning after I got him. I did what I had to do the well-being of the puppy. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars later to save the puppies life. I turned everything in to the so called warranty claims not once, not twice but 3 times as they “ lost it” it is mid November at the time of writing this and I am still getting the run around... read more

Bad experience, expensive without the quality to back it up. Sold without proper vaccines, sold as designer breed, but is not. Would not negotiate, nor refund nor exchange when I took dog back to the store 1 business day later. Was charged extra for dog sick warranty. They suggested I sell it to someone else, ‘nothing they could do’. Horrible customer service after I signed the paper, they were real nice when the 2k dollars was flashing pre-sale though.

I would NOT recommend this place. I bought a puppie( Cocker Spaniel) last month here and I was told by they employee name Tania that the puppie as fully vaccinated. I went to animal hospital they recommended (Animal hospital at India rocks road) to found out my puppy wasn’t fully vaccinate. also they won’t allow me to walk out with him without get the vaccine he needed. I purchased a Chihuahua from here about 7 years ago and she is a smartest and most pleasant dog I ever had. Even people tell me that never met a more quiet Chihuahua and more behaved in their lifetime as what I have. And I've trained her to be my personal service dog she is the best. Management here are awesome and I think I owe the training and stuff that she easily picked up from me due to them working with them for the time that they were with them.

We found a beautiful and loving cockapoo here. The puppy has been tremendous and Justin at the store was awesome! He took the time to explain everything about what to expect and how to care, along with answering all of our questions, while tending to the phone and other customers needs. He is truly an asset to this company and his love and compassion for the animals shines through. Thanks!
