Well, I waited 4 years before I would rate this business. I got my adorable CAVACHON girl in November 2016(born in late august 2016). Back then I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and their genuine friendly enthusiasm. I had never heard of a CAVACHON before. They took the time to explain to me the history, personality ,potential health Issues Of the dog. This establishment stold me a sick puppy. I had to force feed her, constantly take her to the vet and take off work because she was so sick. If I knew she was sick I wouldn’t have gotten her. They were rude to me, and I did not get a refund. I got emotionally attached to this beautiful puppy. They told me I was lying about everything. Thanks puppies galore and more! I will stick to the humane society!
"Instructed" to sanitize hands, "Instructed " to not pick up puppies unless purchasing said puppy. Claimed puppy was an "AP" puppy. Not AKC, CKC, or OKC. What is an AP? Way too expensive, and they had two sick puppies in with a healthy puppy. (That was said to me by the manager). Nope......nope....nope.
I never had a love for dogs until I met my mother inlaw. Love the puppy store n all the lady's that work there.. always a fun clean place to enjoy some puppy loving..
I was extremely disappointed with this puppy mill. They allowed my children and I to play with a gorgeous puppy- I asked questions, applied for credit, everything. Then when I said OK to the kids and we went happily to the register, they tell me the dog has a heart murmur. Why would I spend over $1000 on a dog with a potential deadly malformation? Very bad business practices.
The last time I took my dog in to be groomed she came home unable to open her eyes for hours. Had to take her back for the to put salve in her eyes. Was promised by manager she would be doing grooming from there on in.. she was even grooming a dog when we went bk up. Today she says she cant groom and wont up hold her promise! Will no longer be taking my dog there after years of doing so. Dont want my dog hurt again!
