Bought a dresser from IKEA. Paid for installation. Now one of the drawers does not open at all. Spoke to ikea and they told me that the person who installed the dresser is at fault. Now what do I do ?? IKEA does not want to replace the dresser. They are passing blame to the installer who was sub contracted by them. Buyer beware. I’m glad I did not buy the kitchen cabinets with them. It would have been a nightmare if the cabinets were not installed properly.
