Delivery service is not good. Its just one guy came to deliver the stuff , he literally dragthe stuff and on requesting to instaling the thing he just instal it leaving all the rubbish spread all over . And upon asking that you not removing the rubbish he replied that you need to roll ot and throw in your home bin. Didnt like their delivery service , Products are ok but the product not delivered as expected.
🚫 Worst Experience Ever – Stay Away from Punjab Furniture! 🚫 I bought a mattress from Punjab Furniture with a 5-year warranty. Within 9 months, it completely bent in the middle and became useless. When I contacted them, instead of fixing the issue, they gave me pathetic excuses like “it’s not for Australian beds”. For 3 long months they harassed me, ignored my calls, and flat-out refused to exchange or refund the faulty product. The warranty means NOTHING to them.
