They keep cancelling the 8.15am which gets most people to work on time. Next bus is 30 minutes later and at tge moment thus is running 5 minuted late. Not good enough. Bad service. Unreliable.
Bus always running late. Call the office hours. They hang up on you. Poor service. 2 bus comes After each other. One doesn’t pick up pointing to bus behind will pick up. This after half hour. Terrible service. Needs improvement.
early 10pm 20th august 2024 caught 945 from mortdale to punchbowl as expressed on bus decides to shut lights off and go off route after riverwood without announcing anything.
This company deserves this 5 star rating Some people give bad stars for late I know it's sometime 26mins late but they are trying their best sometime they are late cause these bus drivers are doing good ded this bus been my childhood intill now and will always be my childhood favorite bus company good ded I was late to the bus station and the bus stop outside my house cause they saw me hurrying anothet time i was sad and that driver i will mever forget always cheer me up to all the bus drivers from this company thank you so ... read more
As an employee they are fantastic. I think they worked their route system more seamlessly than the current operators, from what I can gather from general interactions with the public. They are not responsible for the current meltdowns in route work
