Knowledgeable and quick to help. We were sourcing out a sewage pump replacement and found this establishment by chance. After coming on over we were helped in a prompt manner and given the exact pump we were looking for, even got a couple of free hats which is always nice. We absolutely recommend this place for your pump needs.
This shady company has awful billing/management practices that border fraudulent. I ordered a grinder pump package from them on 12/31/2024 and the salesman took payment info over the phone to charge at delivery. The next 4 months consisted of receiving invoices from the company followed by a call to my salesman who assured me each time the bill was already paid and it was an internal issue.
