This childcare place is awful!!!!! Left my baby in a pull-up all day long. No changes at all. Picked my baby up from this place 2 days in a row with soaking wet pull-up and pants. I marked his pull-up with a sharpie and immediately stopped taking him there. Place smells like dirty diapers. The staff Everytime I went to pick up my son was always sitting at a table never engaging with the children. Parents Don't take your babies here!!!!

We love this center and their team! They obviously love their students, they handle difficult situations with grace, and care for our daughter like she's their niece. Cannot recommend it enough!

Our daughter was in the infant room at Pump Road Kindercare and we absolutely loved it! The teachers are so loving and helped us adjust to having a baby in daycare. We are amazed at how quickly our daughter got into a routine and how much she developed with their care. We highly recommend Kindercare. Thank you for everything!!

It’s a nice facility but I came to a realization that. The diapers you bring for you child will be used by multiple children, because some parents never bring in diaper for their kids. So just so you know that’s why your child runs out of diapers so much. Director said it won’t happen again and it did.
