My son had an unsafe experience at KinderCare Pump Road. He was picked up wet, came home and found unsupervised Please read the negative reviews before deciding to enroll your children there Even if there’re no more options available for you DONT ENROLL THEM THERE

My child’s time there was positive, and I do think parents could benefit from enrolling their kids here. However, I did encounter an issue when my son’s care ended on July 25th. When I went to retrieve his belongings which included his blanket, clothes, pampers, and wipes. I was informed they were misplaced. I understand accidents happen, but I do feel this could be handled with more organization and accountability to ensure personal items are returned promptly.

This center truly cares! We’ve been attending since December 2024, when my son was just a year old, and I’ve been consistently impressed with how dedicated and loving the staff is. Ms. Erica, the director, is incredible. She’s involved, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting both the staff and families. She knows every child by name and somehow manages to be everywhere at once. Ms. Inez is also sooo amazing at supporting the kids and teachers. Idk when they sleep? This childcare place is awful!!!!! Left my baby in a pull-up all day long. No changes at all. Picked my baby up from this place 2 days in a row with soaking wet pull-up and pants. I marked his pull-up with a sharpie and immediately stopped taking him there. Place smells like dirty diapers. The staff Everytime I went to pick up my son was always sitting at a table never engaging with the children. Parents Don't take your babies here!!!!
