Granddaughter's 8th bday party. Emily our hostess was amazing. Well organized facility. Zero issues nor concerns. They let kids play and be kids.
I would not recommend. The place is run by teenagers and the way the parties are described are not as advertised. We were forced to immediately start activities for 1 hour and then eat the last 45 minutes. Our food was cold and our guest were disappointed.
No hours posted on Google, their website, or their Facebook page. When you call no one answers. How is this place still open? And to respond to Pump It Up's response, that is more information that would be helpful to put on your website or on google 🤦♀️
Best birthday party experience for my boys hands down! IZZY was wonderful and kept us on schedule. Everyone was so sweet and helpful and professional! They helped set up everything! Would definitely recommend to everyone I know!
