Avoid this place. TV broken, general state of disrepair. Manager on duty was rude and unhelpful. Not worth the money.

We visited Pump It Up during the Open Jump session in June. By chance, we happened to be the only guests at that time, so we were able to enjoy the facility to the fullest. The first room we were guided to was a bit challenging for our two-year-olds, and for a moment, both the kids and we parents were unsure of what to do. Thankfully, Bentlee, the staff member assisting us that day, noticed this right away and kindly checked with the manager to see if we could use another room.
