Pump it up has great customer service! The facility was clean and age appropriate. The staff and party host were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place for any parent that’s interested in having a well organized party.
Wonderful place for a kids birthday. They helped us set up the party room, ordered pizza and put up everything. Kids had a blast playing on the inflatables. Hope to do another birthday party here in the future.
Hands down the best party experience! I had zero stress, and it was so nice to just relax and enjoy the party as a parent! The team at pump it up were excellent and so accommodating! They were so involved with the kids, and it was just perfect! I can’t thank pump it up in Trussville enough. The party was amazing!
Horrible experience for it to be my daughter’s first birthday party. From the start to the finish everything was rushed. We were told that there was no other party behind us so why they were rushing us around is beyond me. This experience was not pleasant, at the end the party helpers were just taking the decorations down without asking. Things that we wanted to keep they were just cutting and burning stuff.
