They did such a great job seeing up the party room with my decorations and were incredibly incredibly the whole way through. This is the second year my daughter had her birthday here because she loves it so much and has so much fun.
We had an amazing experience at Pump It Up! The location was clean, fun, and perfect for our party. The manager was extremely helpful, accommodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make my family and guests feel welcome and comfortable. Our experience was great. My daughter had her 9th bday there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast, and the room was fully decorated by the time the kids came back for cake. Would recommend 10/10
