We loved how friendly our host was! Even the service when we walked in! Everyone was great and friendly! Always there when we needed them and always making sure everything was right. My son loved having his party there! We're so glad we found this place! We chose the glow party and it was awesome !
Highly recommend! They made everything so simple it takes so much stress out of party planning and a decent price for a private party where they set everything up for you all you truly have to do is show up. The staff will set up, lead the kids to the different play areas, clean up and even bring everything to your car for you, So happy with how everything turned out! Can’t recommend enough!
Five stars, no question. The young lady who helped us, Zurina at Pump It Up, deserves a raise because she is carrying the entire place on her back (and probably still has energy left to bounce after). I came in expecting chaos but she somehow had everything under control while still maintaining a smile.
