We went for a birthday party. The place is great for little kids. The play area was adequate. They had party rooms. However, the staff was a little disorganized. They yelled at several kids from the party for not following directions even though they did not give them before opening the door for them to play. They are only open for 2 hours each day and closed on the weekends to the public. A little strange but we had free passes so we tried it out. There are two huge rooms with inflatables. The inflatables felt clean, no grime. The floor could have used a good vacuum but wasn’t too bad. I did appreciate that they had a small toddler area in each room although many of those toys had a layer of grime and could use a good cleaning. The staff was attentive to make sure kids weren’t getting too rowdy.

We recently attended a kids birthday on Fri. 06/05 in the evening. My husband and I both commented on what an incredible employee Henry is! Henry was incredibly polite and personable at the front desk but what really blew us away was just how amazing Henry was with the kids. We were in the second room and a lot of kids were having challenges with the inflatable where you jump across from one to the other. He got right in there and provided motivation and a helping hand. We had a great time at Pump It Up in Overland Park! The kids had a blast and the staff made everything really easy for us. The facility was clean and well run. Perfect spot for parties or to burn off energy!
