Easiest birthday party option out there! The staff is very helpful with setting up while you can enjoy the party and packing up to make a quick exit. My 4 year old had a blast!
This place is great , we attended a birthday party from 4:30 to 6:30 on a Saturday. It was closed to the public so only those who had paid for birthday parties for them and their guests were playing. There are 2 big rooms with lots to do for many ages and also they have toddler areas in both , the carpet is clean there isn't dust or patches in any of the play equipment, and after the kids are done playing they promote hand washing as they have a whole kids hand washing station right outside or room 2. Excellent venue to celebrate kids birthday party. Good choice of food options and helpful staff.
A saw several things that were concerning, I watched bllons that had been sneezed on and licked and all the things kids do get picked up dusted off and tossed in to floor for the next party . And as I hung out waiting for the party to end I saw staff and manager cleaning up after a separate party and took the single serving ice cream cups that's they assumed had not been opened or tampered with back to fridge to use for the next part without checking temperature when those had to been sitting out for min of 45 mins like that... read more
