Came here for a birthday party and my kids had fun. They had different bounce house rooms (one was glow in the dark) that added to the variations. There were multiple parties going on at once so your group was rotated through the rooms. Overall a fun time for kids!
We just hosted our daughter's 6 year old birthday at pump it up Belmont with 18 kids. They all had a blast! What I really like about the whole experience: 1. Booking was very easy to make. Just need to create an account, select packages and sent out invite. 2. Customer support can be reached by text and they are extremely responsive. They normally respond within 1hr or even quicker. 3. Fun for kids birthday parties 2 or 3 times and then gets a little old.
We attended a birthday party last week. Compared to other Pump It Up locations, this one is rather small, but they still have 2 bouncing areas for the whole event. Each area belongs to one session which takes up about 30-45 minutes. The birthday party room was decorated with themes and the birthday boy gets to sit in the biggest chair. Food and drinks were just pre-cut fruits, cheese pizzas and big juice boxes. The birthday cake belonged to the host.
