Fantastic all-in-one experience. They can handle the cake, the food, the goodie bags. No stress for mom and dad! The team here is wonderful and has you covered. Rock climbing, bouncing, colorful and spacious party room. My kids beg to have their parties here every year!
Staff were a bunch of teenagers but they were welcoming and very enthusiastic but the owners were very pushy about which party package to get making me feel forced to upgrade my package and to buy add ons. The owners came off very rude especially the female owner. The facility was mildly clean as the jumpers were very dirty and dusty, and after playing on them my clothes had a bad odor smell like they were not properly cleaned.
It was terrible. I made a special trip there with my child on Wednesday, only to be told they weren't open—even though their posted business hours are 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The staff member said they weren't open, so it was a complete waste of time and effort; I ended up exhausted and hot for nothing.
