Celebrated my child’s birthday here, and it was an absolute blast from start to finish. The kids had an amazing time, and what really stood out was how effortless everything felt for the parents. The staff handled it all—guiding the kids from room to room, setting up the party space, and even taking care of serving cake and pizza. The place is ok but it’s starting to be poorly maintained. That’s not the bigger problem though. The coordinators are quite inexperienced, rude and quite frankly lack manners. I made sure to ask 3 times that I be called when they bring out the cake and cupcakes to decorate them. The didn’t do that. I had to rush in and fix a bunch of things including move the “coordinators” stuff from the table and clean after their mess.
