I love that we didn’t have to worry about the set up! Kids had a lot of fun, the staff is engaging. The male staff member was even playing tag with some of the kids and was very helpful with the rock wall. The Pizza could be better quality, Costco even would be better.
Staff were friendly and kind. Obstacles and slides were cleaned and sanitized also appreciated the extra sanitize station before heading to the food and gift room.
While here my child got filmed whiteout consent and when asked to stop staff would not.I felt that it was wrong the staff would not stop after being asked.
Paid for the 25 deluxe, but when it came to food they had two pizzas , not sure it was because not all girls were there initially, adults pay extra to eat anything and had to stand the whole time without access to drinks or food. No outside food. Adults can’t jump.
It was great. I didn’t have to do a thing they did everything for me. My son had his 11th birthday there and him and his friends had so much fun!
