My son just had an amazing 5th birthday party here! Truly nonstop fun, smiles, and laughter from start to finish. The kids had an absolute blast, the facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and did a great job decorating the party room with the decorations I brought. The facility itself is great and the kids enjoyed the play, but the experience was bogged down by a lack of preparation. The Frustrations: Unprepared Check-in: No waivers were ready ahead of time, causing an unnecessary bottleneck at the start. Delayed Amenities: Both the air hockey and the bubble machine were off.
