After having alot of our guest sadly not make it AND being late to our own party ! The workers at pump it up understood our situation and aslong as communication is present they do their best to respond and reach out. They let us jump and set up with our remaining time , and the littles that could make it had a blast as well as The adults! I would Absolutely come here again for fun and for a party the workers were very polite and nice. They did review the food policy with us a few days before ! Very turnkey, easy experience for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Pump It Up staff were communicative and helpful, and helped me with setup and clean up. I’d definitely recommend having your child’s party here!
We had a wonderful time for our kid’s bday! The ultimate package was worth it! They set up everything and cleaned up. The kids enjoyed the goodie bags and balloons. Everyone had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly and organized!!
