Very turnkey, easy experience for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Pump It Up staff were communicative and helpful, and helped me with setup and clean up. I’d definitely recommend having your child’s party here!
We had a wonderful time for our kid’s bday! The ultimate package was worth it! They set up everything and cleaned up. The kids enjoyed the goodie bags and balloons. Everyone had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly and organized!!

We celebrate for 5th time a birthday party at pump it up and the service was very poor. The place was close when we arrived (10 minutes before the party) and nobody showed up until 5 minutes before the party. We had people at the parking lot and phone number didn’t work. We didn’t know if we could celebrate in there until someone showed up. There were no bin with my daughters name, no cart to bring th stuff from the car in the middle of our guests….
