The facility was clean and safe. The children enjoyed the bouncy toys. One staff member, a guy in an orange shirt, stood in the corner doom-scrolling on his phone the entire time. It wasn't a good look.
We highly recommend Pump It Up for anyone looking to throw a fun, seamless, and memorable party! We recently hosted our 12-year-old’s birthday here, and it was everything we hoped for and more.
