I'm in same boat as others have stated my party was scheduled for over a month. I received confirmation saying party was all set and ready . today 25 days before our party I received a call stating my party was cancled due to moving location . when I asked when it was opening and if I could schedule for then I was told they did not have a date that they would refund me . Couldn’t imagine a worse experience. The speakers were broken, so there was no music. There were no hosts around — just three teenagers chatting among themselves. I ordered the Ultimate Package, but they didn’t have any of the promised party favors, glow sticks, or bubbles. The pizza arrived late, so half of the guests had to leave before the food even came out. On top of that, the place was dirty.
We booked my son’s party two months in advance and were notified three weeks later that they would be closed due to moving locations. The person who notified me said her own son’s birthday party was less than a week away and suddenly canceled as well. If that is how you treat your own employees, why should the general public expect any better? If they were moving locations, the booking form should have been closed to local bookings with a notice on the website for the reason so no one would book in the first place. We will n... read more
