This place is an overpriced dumpster fire. It’s dirty, disorganized, and run down. I don’t think this place has experienced a deep clean since they opened to doors to the business. The carpet is matted in filth and the rooms have a very noticeable funk to them. The staff is lazy and uncaring, instead of having an attendant to provide aid, every once in awhile and employee would stick their head in the door and yell at us to move on to the next room. Rude staff and very unresponsive and no one answers calls and specially they don’t care when you book a party and very uncooperative. SMELLS VERY BAD INSIDE. Used to be good. Bad management I guess.
The location is in a good place with enough parking. Looked clean. One of the castles needs to be replaced has a huge ripped in the middle made it a bit hard to get thru and new basketballs But! me and my baby(2yr) was able to enjoy it. It was a bit more than an hour and i can say was more than enough for him. Ps: It was just for a quick visit I can’t speak on the party package but if I was to book one I’m hoping they have healthy choices for us to eat! 🤞🥹
Easy and fun place to host birthday parties. Bring some decorations with you and the staff will set them up. Pizza and juice boxes are included. 10/10 experience. Completely painless, kids had a blast.
