This place has potential but it’s SO DIRTY. Room 1 was adequately air conditioned but the top of the inflatables were covered in dust. Room 2 had such a bad smell, what looked like a ball pit was empty with left over popped balloons & dirty. Next to it was an empty bin with dirty water that smelled & more popped balloons. The floors looked like they haven’t been vacuumed all week. The party room floors were also dirty. The staff is friendly but unprofessionally dressed.
I have taken my sons here twice in 4 weeks, they love it. One room is cool and has 3 inflatables and the other room is hot and has 3 inflatables as well. You pay for 1 hour of play and a hot room. They really need to fix the air because kids can overheat. My child left and felt sick from the heat.
Staff is great. The first room is a lot of fun and adequately air conditioned. As a nurse, it would be awesome if you provided the kids with fresh water during play. I did see the vending machines but they weren’t stocked well and there was no water. The water fountains need to be cleaned. In the second room, those foam tiles need to be thrown out completely.
