My daughter had my granddaughter's birthday party here. I could not believe how run down this place is. The awnings on the outside are faded and torn. The sign has seen better days as well. Every surface was sticky and gooey feeling. The blow ups even had brown places on them. I was so grossed out! Pump It Up needs a good clean up!
Best place to hold a kids birthday !!
We had the best experience with pump it up. They called us multiple times the week of our party to make sure they had everything perfect and delivered an outstanding experience. I had multiple moms come up to me and say how wonderful this party was and I told them how effortless it was to plan and how the staff was so helpful. If my boys want another party here I would not hesitate to rebook!!
NO supervision inside the rooms with the jump slides. The kids were let to climb all over the outside of the blow up things. They were let to block the smaller kids from using the ladders to go up and slide and jump down on them down the slide. A VERY dangerous place for the rest of the kids following the rules. Will NEVER go again!!
